Adult Leaders

Who We Are

Our Adult Leader Volunteers

Adult volunteers are dedicated members of the scouting program who mentor and guide youth while helping them grow in leadership, confidence, and responsibility. Scouting believes that young people benefit most when supported by qualified, trained adults who model strong values such as respect, honesty, and service. These volunteers create a safe, inclusive environment where scouts can learn by doing and lead with support. All adult leaders complete required training focused on safeguarding youth, including safety practices, proper supervision, and recognizing and preventing misconduct. Through their commitment and preparation, volunteers ensure that every activity is both meaningful and secure. Their involvement strengthens not only individual scouts, but the entire community.
